- All Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a service or cancellation fee
Canceling And Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule up to 36 hours before scheduled appointment without incurring the late cancel/ reschedule fee
- In the event the lash and brow artist runs late clients will be discounted $20 off service.
- In the event the lash and brow artist cancels or reschedules with less than 36 hour notice clients will receive a discount of %50 of the service.
- Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 36 hour notice will owe the $50 late cancel fee.
- First time clients that cancel or reschedule without 36 hour notice may not book future appointments
- To cancel an appointment text or email deposits are not refunded
Arriving Late Or Early
- Clients are welcome at their appointment time or 5 minutes before. Clients arriving earlier that 5 minutes prior to appointment time will not be seen,
- Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more will not be serviced and the appointment will be canceled. Reschedule fees apply
Patch Test and Allergies
- Clients who opt out of a consultation and are not candidates for a service will not be refunded their deposit.
- Clients who have previously experienced an allergic reaction or suspect allergy due to symptoms i.e. itching, redness, etc will not be serviced without patch test completed.
- Clients who book a full set or new client fill but switch to a same day patch test because of previous allergy or allergy symptoms must pay $25 for the patch test and the $25 cannot be used as a service credit.
Illnesses and Sanitation
- Clients will be given face mask to wear during all services.
- Clients who have signs of illness whether contagious or not such as coughing, sneezing, fever, excessively watery eyes, abrasions on skin, or freshly applied permanent makeup in eye or brow area will not be serviced.
Eyelash Extension Fills And Removals
- Removal of lash extensions cannot be performed the same day as any other service.
- Eyelash extension fills should be scheduled when 50% of extensions remain or at 25 days of last service whichever comes sooner. Clients who arrive for a fill appointment with less than 50% of lash extensions remaining will not receive additional time and will more than likely leave with less than a full lash line.
